There is no need for any business or teaching experience; all that is required is that you genuinely enjoy working with children.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals or groups that are young and dynamic and have:

• i)    a sound business sense

• ii)   good academic qualifications (minimum qualification graduates)

• iii)  basic knowledge of computers

• iv)  the required infrastructure

• v)   financial capacity

Infrastructure Required:

1. A well-illuminated room of about 200 sq. ft. with amenities such as fans and comfortable seating arrangement/tables and chairs for the students.

2. A spacious room for an office.

3. A waiting hall/room for the parents.

4. Access to drinking water and toilets.

5. A display abacus which the franchisee can buy for Rs. 3000/-

Salient features

Agreement

An agreement regarding terms and conditions to be signed on stamp paper.

The agreement will be renewed after completions of three years. 

THERE WILL BE NO RENEWAL FEES

Service Tax (as applicable) will be charged extra.

The Company will provide the promotional materials after signing the agreement.

The Franchisee is responsible for local promotional activities with the prior consent of the company.

The Company will share 25% of the local promotional expenses incurred by the franchisee. 

Training/ Course Instructors

The franchisee fee includes the cost of training one course instructor nominated by the franchisee.

The course instructor should be a graduate under the age of 40. S/he must have a pleasing personality, good communication skills and an ability to handle children. In addition to English, the course instructor must also know the local language and be willing to work during weekends.

The course instructors will be trained at the Registered Office of the Company.

The course instructors will be trained from term to term. The initial training will be for 4 days and from the 2^nd term onwards will be for 2 days each.

The training from 2^nd term onwards will be given after completion of 10 weeks of every term. 

Course structure

The duration of each term is 3 months and the full course consists of 10 terms. There will be a test, called the Term Test at the end of every term.

The classes are held for two hours once a week on Sundays.

Students from any school can enroll.
